Express Derby glaziers offer a complete double glazing service including a local double glazing installer, double glazing repairs and Derby replacement double glazing.
Double-glazed units take approximately two to three days to order, and all our units come with a manufacturers guarantee. If requested, we can replace the vacuum between the glass panes with a layer of Argon gas, to further facilitate heat management. We can also supply and install triple-glazed units on request for Derby and the local area.

Most shop front windows use laminate glass. Laminate glass is essentially two pieces of float glass bonded together by a PVU interlayer. The primary purpose of this glass is to maintain security and integrity upon impact, by distributing the force of the impact across the glass surface, while the PVU interlayer holds the glass panes together, creating a distinctive spider-web appearance.
